Joking aside, it was a good game, played in a good spirit (aside from the assault towards the end when you had a 4 on 1 breakaway :smt103 ) you were very clinical, and truth be told you could have bagged more.

Give us a few months to get proper kits and more games, and hopefully we'll have a closer contest some time in the future. :smt023

Very nice of yer keeper to let my shot trickle in towards the end as well. :mrgreen:

Aye, you've got the basis of a decent team there. Thought you started out really well and the heads went down after our first and you didn't really get going in the first half again.

It was played in a decent spirit too and I'm sure we'll offer you a rematch in a while.

I'll pass you on the details of a few other teams to help get you on your way.

I thought it was a well contested game and enjoyed it a lot. As ross says, there was a period in the first half where we bagged most of our goals, but the second half said a lot about your team as heads could have easily stayed down but instead fought it out.

The big difference was in the finishing, it was a good day for us in that respect but it certainly doesn't always work out that way, that's for sure!
