That's disturbing.
I take it the guys filming him aren't actually his pals, and they've just film and given him a name for fun, since the binmen point him down the street towards his mates. The boys in for a serious bout of remorse when he clocks that video. |

I'm not rightly sure whether they're his pals or not.
I thought they were at first but having heard them talk, they sound like Council Workers right enough ;) Figured they were calling him Lionel as in Blair rather than them being his pals and that actually being his name... |
